Pop-in valves
Pop-in valves are plug and play solutions that are easy to integrate into your project. Traditionally an elastomeric valve component requires quite a bit of engineering and testing to integrate it into your device. Minivalve’s new pop-in valves makes incorporating an elastomeric valve that much easier.
How it works
Our integrating valves are monolithic elastomeric components which offer an elegant deeply integrated valve for your device. However, they require engineering integration and precission assembly for the best solution. Our pop-in valves on the other hand are one step up. We take care of the functionality, precission assembly and testing. Pop-in valves have a plastic seat and housing, some have o-rings or filter screens. They offer easier application development, larger manufacturing windows for mating components and easier assembly once in production. Simply press-fit into position in your device and you are done. The valve comes with a set leak, flow, and opening pressure specification so you know exactly how the valve will perform.
Versions
Sizes range between 4 and 14 mm outer diameter. Opening pressure range from 0 to 100 kPa. Visit our products page to see the available sizes and opening pressures.
