How they work

Dispensing valves

Dispensing valves are designed to dispense (usually a liquid) into an atmospheric container, creating a clean, constant stream. They stay closed until a certain pressure is reached and then open.

Features:

  • Clean dispensing
  • Snap opening
  • High flow rate
  • Various pressures
  • Air inlet / pressure outlet

Applications

Dispensing valves are popular in filling equipment and household condiments bottles. They are commonly used for dispensing adhesives, paint, soap and other fluids.

For this kind of applications one can use the X-fragm valves or cross slit valves. We have them in different sizes, one that always fits into your application! Alternatively, duckbill valves and cross slit valves can also be used as an end of nozzle valve, preventing drying out of the liquid and enabling an easy clean.
