Our catalog offers standard valves that can be universally used in many applications but in some cases our standard parts might just not be close enough to a specific size, flow or material characteristic. Or, in some cases, cost can be reduced by integration of a valve in another component and mold them simultaneously. Again in other cases the annual quantities are high enough to warrant an investment in dedicated tooling. If any such situation occurs we invite you to share your needs with us. The engineering tools that we have at our disposal are 3D CAD(Solid Works), FEA, our universal flow test bench and rapid prototyping of plastic and elastomeric parts from a vast range of materials.
